Pine Street Carpenters is seeking an office-based Project Manager to coordinate residential and commercial remodeling projects from pre-construction to project close-out.

Job Requirements:
 • Effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal sales & design teams
 • Research, qualify, and gather bids from subcontractors from various trades
 • Prepare scopes, schedules, and estimates
 • Navigate permitting in multiple jurisdictions
 • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Experience:
 • Project Management experience with residential/commercial renovations (2-5 years)
 • Excellent computer, communication and organizational skills
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
