    PROJECT MANAGER: RESIDENTIAL REMODELING

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager specializing in Residential Remodeling. This member of our team will lead remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Expertise will drive project success while fostering team collaboration and strong client relationships.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    • Prepare job cost estimates, solicit bids from subcontractors, organize material take-offs, and prepare job scopes of work.
    • Manage project timelines; complete and submit permits; procure materials; schedule and manage subcontractors; coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow.
    • Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.
    • Monitor site activity to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to timelines through frequent site visits.
    • Communicate with clients regarding design, schedule, costs, and progress updates.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry is required.
    • College degree in construction management, construction engineering, project management, or another related field is preferred.
    • Highly proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills are a must.
    • Technologically proficient, including standard Microsoft Suite.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to professionally manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Operate as an enthusiastic team player.
    • Hold a valid driver's license
